Michelle Warren is a trauma-informed Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, bodyworker, and Yin Yoga teacher whose dedicated presence is deeply influenced by her experience as a mother and the wisdom gained through her own sacred journey of grief, transformation, and resilience. She supports individuals in reconnecting with their body’s innate intelligence through care and intention. Michelle views the body not merely as a vessel for experience, but as a living canvas through which we sense the world, uncover meaning, and find our way back to ourselves—where working with the body becomes an art of listening, honoring, andawakening deep healing from within.

With a focus on the body’s natural capacity to process and release stress and trauma, Michelle gently guides the shifting of holding patterns by working with the nervous system, meridians, and myofascial networks to help restore balance. Through the integration of psyche and soma, she offers Somalchemy—a path to lasting transformation rooted in connection within the body, self-awareness, the natural world, and a sense of community.

Michelle is devoted to the healing wisdom of the body, helping others feel grounded, safe, and fully at home within themselves. As a somatic guide, she gently supports the release of stress and trauma—honoring each person's story and offering an attuned space for regulation, renewal, and reconnection.

Michelle offers virtual and in-person sessions and serves as an ancillary provider with Milwaukee’s Behavioral Health Program, delivering trauma-informed care. Her approach integrates modalities such as The Tao of Trauma, Internal Family Systems, Myofascial Release, Polyvagal Theory, and NeuroAffective Touch.
