Brooke Sullivan (she/her/they), is a published author, seasoned yoga teacher (E-RYT 500hr), professional yoga therapist (C-IAYT), flower essence practitioner, and practitioner of the Himalayan Institute of Yoga Science + Philosophy. Along with founding The Wild Temple School of Yoga & Herbal Wisdom she leads regular retreats to India, Ireland and Mt. Shasta. Brooke teaches for Yoga International, Kripalu Yoga + Meditation Centre, is the herbal teacher for the Shakti School of Ayurveda and co-founder of HerFestival in Maine.
Brooke is inspired by the senses, the turning of the seasons, a good belly laugh and most flowers in bloom. A devotee of Nature, herbalist and yoga nerd to the core, her practices center around Prana-life force energy- and weave tantra, yoga, Ayurveda and plants together to help empower all beings. Her most beloved programs are The Sage Apprenticeship (500hr Tantra Yoga YTT), Plants Drop Wisdom, (Flower Essence Certification) and The Yogis Apothecary, an online course on Tantric Herbalism.
Professionally Brooke mentors people to become the best versions of themselves- in their body and in the world. She is a ‘dharma igniter,’ because it is her firm opinion that when people are living the best, most authentic versions of themselves and doing what they love, this beautiful world will come back into balance..
